3) you may generate a faxable order form which you may complete and fax to us.

Pricing & Availability

We try to ensure that products listed on this website are available for despatch. In some instances however, our information may be out of date and as such you are advised to Contact Us prior to ordering to confirm current availability and pricing.

Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Despite our efforts, a small number of the thousands of products in our catalogue may be mis-priced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

VAT

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% where relevant.

Shipping and Handling

Any quoted Shipping & Handling charges are for UK mainland areas ONLY.

To view costs, add your preferred items to your basket and then review the basket contents. If you are not located in the UK, select your particular delivery area and update the basket contents.

WE CAN ONLY DELIVER TO AREAS/COUNTRIES LISTED.

We have tried to accurately reflect carriage costs on our website, but in a very small number of occassions, there may be some variance from the quoted costs. Where the variance in costs is lower, you will be charged the lower amount. Where the variance is higher than the quoted costs, we will contact you and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or accept the higher delivery cost.

Back Orders

Although we at Unlimited Parts.co.uk try to make sure all of the products you are purchasing are in stock, there are times when one or more of those items need to be backordered. In such cases, we will only charge and ship out the products that are available. Immediately after your backordered product becomes available, it will be sent to you.

Your Credit Card will only be charged at the original time of purchase for those products sent to you. Backorders will be charged and shipped as they become available. You will not be charged the actual shipping fees a second time on backordered products. You have the right to cancel any back order that we cannot supply if we are unable to supply it/them within 30 days of your order.

Returns

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details above for advice.

To return an item, please use our returns form. Please pack the item securely, enclosing the completed form and attaching the address label supplied on the returns form.
For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Right to Cancel

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.

You should notify us by using our standard returns form. Post this form with the securely packaged goods back to the Returns Department straight away using a recorded delivery service.

We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).

If you wish to complain.

Complaints should be made via email, phone, post or fax giving full description of the complaint. We will deal with all complaints fairly & honestly, and within the guidelines set out by the Office of Fair Trading, Sale of goods act & Distance selling regs.
